¿It can be used a Jackknife for endemism
areas, and how it will be the result ?. To answer this question a
programing code will be written for the Jackknife calculation on R
plataform 3.2.0 (2015-04-16). An analysis of areas of endemism will be made for Amazonas using Primates distributions (based on Da Silva & Oren, 1995) in the program NDM/VNDM
3 (Goloboff, 2005). From the matrix data used for NDM/VNDM, two types
of Jackknife will be implemented: Species Jackknife and Occurences
Jackknife. For each Jackknife type a 25% and 50% resample will be used
with 50 replications each one. Finally support values of each resample
and Jacknnife type will be compared between them.
